Rajab is Allah’s month…?

It is said that :

“Rajab is Allaah’s month, Shabaan is my month and Ramadaan if the month of my Ummah.”

This “Hadith” is a fabrication. [Akhbaare-Modhoo', pg 329].

So it is not permissible to quote this report as a ‘hadith’.
